Public Finance
The level of support and commitment from our partners has provided Clyde Gateway with almost £200m of public finance or assets during the period 2008-2014 from the Scottish Government, Scottish Enterprise, Glasgow City Council and South Lanarkshire Council.
In 2012/13, we will receive funding of £19.55m while 2013/14 will bring £20m.
We have also been successful in attracting over £8.5m in grants from a variety of sources - including the European Regional Development Fund, Heritage Lottery Fund, Historic Scotland and the Town Centre Regeneration Fund.
All of these resources have, and will continue to be used, in a variety of innovative ways to support social, economic and physical community change. Much of our initial three-year investment was in site assembly, infrastructure and development across key locations.
Clyde Gateway is a hugely ambitious regeneration project, and our public-sector investment-led model will attract a further £1.5 billion-worth of investment and private development over the next two decades.
