Clyde Gateway East
A 12-hectare site just 300 yards from Junction 2a of the M74 Motorway is our first major development opportunity.
Clyde Gateway East is a £35 million strategic business park to attract light industrial and office-based companies to land which has lain unused for over 30 years.
In addition to being transformed into a major new employment zone, Clyde Gateway East will benefit residents by creating a specially designed safe and secure path through the site's centre which will open up new walkways and cycle routes to and from the Clyde.

The first phase of construction, involving the installation of all the main infrastructure and services on the site began in April 2010 and was completed in July 2011.
Two leading UK property agents - SCOT Sheridan and MEPC - concluded deals in July 2011 to invest £14m in Clyde Gateway East to build respectively, 60,000 square feet and 140,000 square feet of industrial units.
Work has begun on Phase 1 of Clyde Gateway East, comprising three industrial units totalling 57,500 sq ft and is due to be completed in July 2012.
The Masterplan for Clyde Gateway East provided for up to 430,000 sq ft of business space with planning consent granted for business (Class 4), general industrial (Class 5) and storage and distribution (Class 6) uses.
