Red Tree Business Suites

Red Tree Business Suites is the brand name for two office developments being delivered by Clyde Gateway.

Red Tree Business Suites Rutherglen can be found at 24 Stonelaw Road, Rutherglen.  Eleven stylish, affordable high- quality office suites, ranging in size from just under 200 to approx 3000 square feet, are available after completing our £1.6 million conversion of former South Lanarkshire Council housing offices. The European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) provided £650,000.  

The work was carried out by Clark Contracts between November 2010 and May 2011. Four local trainess benefited from at least 13 weeks' work experience.

The first tenants moved into Red Tree Rutherglen at the beginning of June 2011, and by January 2012, nine of the suites had been occupied, bringing 41 jobs to the location.

Red Tree Business Suites Bridgeton will be built at 21-51 Dalmarnock Road, and involves the conversion of upper- floor shop premises which have lain empty for more than 20 years. Thirty office suites will be created across a range of sizes from 200 square feet upwards. The £3.6m project includes £1.14m from the ERDF, and is being carried out by Crudens.  

The one-year project, which began in May 2011, includes two jobs and one training place for Clyde Gateway residents. Crudens will also undertake improvements to the Bridgeton Community Learning Campus, in Dale Street.
